PLGA(40k)-mPEG(5k) is a block copolymer with a hydrophobic poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) segment chemically tethered to a hydrophilic PEG block. The polymer is micelle-forming and biodegradable. It can be used to encapsulate hydrophobic drugs in the core region of the micelles. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
