PLGA(10k)-PEG(1k)-NH2 is an biocompatbile amphiphilic copolymer which can self-assemble in water to form micelles/nanoparticles. The polymer can be used to prepare nanomicellar/nanoparticles for drug delivery application. It has a terminal amine which is reactive with NHS ester readily or with a carboxyl in the presence of activator, such as HATU or EDC. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
