N-DBCO-N-bis(PEG2-amide-PEG4-Acid) is a precursor of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs). It contains a DBCO group and two terminal carboxylic acid groups. DBCO group is a highly reactive cycloalkyne which is commonly used for copper-free Click Chemistry reactions. The acid groups can derivatize amine-containing molecules in the presence of activators such as EDC or HATU.
