Mal-Gly-Gly-L-Phe-N-[(carboxymethoxy)methyl]Glycinamide is a cleavable ADC linker with a maleimide group and a terminal carboxylic acid group. The maleimide group will react with a thiol group to form a covalent bond. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. HATU) to form a stable amide bond. Reagent grade, for research use only.
