Arachidonic Acid is a lipid comprised of a saturated fatty acid with a 20-carbon chain with a terminal carboxlic acid. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. HATU) to form a stable amide bond. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
