DBCO-Amido-tri-(carboxyethoxymethyl)-methane is an aqueous soluble PEG linker with an DBCO group with three terminal carboxylic acids. The DBCO groups is commonly used for Click Chemistry reactions. The terminal carboxylic acids can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. HATU) to form a stable amide bond. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
