Bromoacetamido-PEG24-TFP ester is a long bifunctional PEG linker with terminal bromoacetamido and TFP ester groups. The bromoacetamido group is a very reactive group for nucleophilic substitution. The TFP ester can react with primary amine groups and is also less susceptible to undergo hydrolysis compared to NHS ester. The lengthy PEG24 arm enhances the water-solubility of the compound.
