Beta-glucuronide-MMAE is a linker-payload conjugate that may be applied in the creation of antibody-drug conjugates. β-Glucuronide linkers are enzymatically cleavable linkers used in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). They are stable in circulation and release the cytotoxic MMAE payload upon cleavage by β-glucuronidase enzymes within tumor cells. Their hydrophilic nature reduces ADC aggregation, enhancing therapeutic efficacy. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
