BP Lipid 151 is a propanolamine ionizable lipid with 11 carbon of primary-ester lipid tail. The propanolamine head helps with mRNA encapsulation. The ester bonds are located at C8 and C6 position relative to the amine nitrogen. The introduction of ester linkages can improve the clearance of the lipid in the liver.
