BP Lipid 211 is an ethanolamine ionizable lipid with 9 carbon of primary-ester lipid tail. The ethanolamine head helps with mRNA encapsulation. Both ester bonds are located at C10 position relative to the amine nitrogen. The introduction of ester linkages can improve the clearance of the lipid in the liver.
