Cbz-N-Amido-PEG10-Amido-tri-(carboxyethoxymethyl)-methane is an aqueous soluble PEG linker with a Cbz-protected amino group and three terminal carboxylic acids. The Cbz protecting group can be removed under catalytic hydrogenation conditions. The terminal carboxylic acids can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. HATU) to form stable amide bonds. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
