endo-BCN-PEG4-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAF is a precursor of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) and is a click chemistry reagent. The BCN group enables copper free click chemitry with azide-tagged molecules. It contains a a protease-sensitive Val-Cit dipeptide and a MMAF payload. MMAF is a synthetic antineoplastic agent.
